back in time in Ferrymead

On Wednesday room 5/6 went to Ferrymead.

We got in our groups and got on the bus to Ferrymead. At Ferrymead there was a guy called Robert, he said there are 4 rules; " stand up straight,no hands in pocket, Girls first boys second and look after your shoes".

I felt very excited when we went to  school the teacher had a cane she smacked it on her desk I was so scared because it look like it was going to hit me.

Then we went to a house that we had to do job's in the house. I did washing,ironing and doing the bed. 

Last thing we did was baking, we made cookies mine was a dolphin my friends was a ice cream and my other friends was a dog it smelt so good in the bakery. Lastly we went on the train but it was not long because  we had to go back.  because other one was in front of us and stopped.

kia ora yesterday we went to Ferrymead and learn about all the stuff in the 1900 we had to do cleaning, get shopping list ready for the people and we went to the school there but we were acting.

cross country

 Cross country 

On Wednesday we were doing cross country. Last year I came 8th because I had a stitch. This year I came 4th it was so fun and tiring. 

My friend Louis came 2nd this time and my other friend came 1st Nixon .

I did this year 1 lap of the outer lap of the domain it was long and fun.

fire wise

 Kia ora,

For the past 2 weeks we have been learning about fire wise. 

What to do if a fire happens:

The three things you need to are to; GET DOWN, GET LOW and GET OUT FAST and to shout out "fire fire fire!".

I have enjoyed when the fire woman but on her suit because she sounded like Darth Vadder with her mask on.
